In the next page enter the amount in US $ (in the donation amount box)corresponding to the types of membership in the list below. Follow the instructions therein. Once you click the "Donate" button the following page will give you the option of paying through your PAYPAL account, if you have one.Or you can pay through your credit card. Once you have paid the tax deductible membership dues, you will be directed to the membership registration process.
